According to the Beijing News, a number of sourcesconfirmed that fighting fish was confirmed to land on NASDAQ on July 17th, USEastern Time.

Fighting fish renewed its prospectus submitted to theUS Securities and Exchange Commission on July 8th, and the maximum financingamount was raised from the previously announced US$500 million to US$1.085 billion.The sale part accounted for the highest share of the total share capital of23.87%, and its IPO pre-highest valuation was $4.545 billion.

According to the latest version of the betta fishupdate book released on July 2, the first quarter of 2019, the revenue of Bettafish was 1.489 billion yuan, an increase of 123.24% compared with 667 millionyuan in the same period of last year; the net profit was 18.2 million yuan.Compared with the loss of 156 million yuan in the same period of last year, itincreased by 111.67%.

Excluding the equity incentive fee, the adjusted(non-GAPP) net profit was 35.3 million yuan, an increase of 123.55% from theadjusted net loss of 150 million yuan in the same period last year.

In terms of operational data, as of the first quarterof 2019, the average monthly activity of its PC platform was 110 million, andthe average monthly activity of mobile platforms was 49.1 million. The overallaverage monthly activity was 159 million, an increase of 25.7% from the 127million in the same period of last year. The mobile terminal's monthly growthincreased by 37.5% year-on-year, and the growth rate was significantly fasterthan that of the PC.

On April 22, Betta had submitted a prospectus in theUnited States and was proposed to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange(NYSE) under the symbol "DOYU". At that time, its IPO raised amaximum of $500 million. The plan was launched on May 16.
